Why we exist

Our goal is not simply to create better hunters. Our goal is to help create better young men and women.

Range + Keep pairs young people with responsible adults for guided hunts, field education, and conservation work — because some of the most important lessons are learned outside, next to someone willing to teach.

What we stand for

01 — Hunting

Do it right
or don’t go.

Firearm and field safety, wildlife identification, ethics, preparation, and fieldcraft — including the weight of what it means to take an animal, and where food actually comes from.

02 — Mentorship

Adults who
show up.

Mentorship here is more than instruction. It is encouragement, accountability, perspective, and a working example of what adulthood can look like.

03 — Conservation

Leave it
better.

Hunters are not just participants in nature; they are stewards of it. Wildlife management, habitat, sustainable harvest, and the land left behind for whoever comes next.

A day in the field

The lesson isn’t

A sunrise in a blind teaches patience.
A successful hunt teaches preparation.
A missed opportunity teaches resilience.
Cleaning an animal teaches accountability.
Caring for the land teaches stewardship.
Sitting beside a mentor starts conversations that happen nowhere else.

Made a real connection with a mentor who believes in them.
Walked away wanting to come back to the outdoors.

And whether, years from now, they take another kid into the field and give them the same thing.

The real harvest isn’t what’s brought home from the field. It’s what we leave behind in the next generation.

What it covers

$50Ammunition and range time for a young shooter’s first session.

$100Hearing and eye protection, and the basic field gear a first-timer does not own.

$500A fifth of a hunt. Five donors at this level put one kid in the field.

$2,500A complete guided hunt for one young person: outfitter fees, tags, transport, gear and ammunition, trophy costs, and a mentor beside them the whole way.
