Tell us why you’re writing

It all goes to the same inbox — help us sort it.

There’s one address and one person reading it. Use the link that matches your reason and the subject line writes itself, which means you get a straighter answer faster.

I want to mentor

Tell us who you are, your hunting experience, and why you want to do this. Every mentor is vetted personally before they’re near a young person.

Write about mentoring

I have a young person

Tell us about them and what they’re ready for. There’s no cost to the family. A parent or legal guardian attends the whole outing.

Ask about a spot

I represent a brand

Cash or product, both put kids in the field. In-kind gear is often more useful than a cheque and is deductible at fair market value.

Start a partnership

I have land

Lease days, ranch access, or a standing invitation. Access is the constraint nobody talks about, and it does more for us than almost any donation.

Offer access

I want to give

You don’t need to email for this one. The donate page takes one-time and recurring gifts, and 100% of it reaches the mission.

Questions about the organization, our 501(c)(3) status, how we run a hunt, or something we haven’t thought of.

What to expect

A person answers. Usually the founder.

We’re a small organization and we read everything ourselves — there’s no inbox team and no autoresponder pretending to be one. If you write on a Saturday, you may be waiting until we’re out of the field. That’s the trade-off of an organization where the person who runs it is also the one in the truck.
